Philip Kleffel

I'm Philip, and my wine journey has been an exciting adventure. It all began when my grandmother gifted me three cases of Bordeaux wine of my birth year on my 18th birthday. As I continued through life, my parents introduced me to wine through tastings and winery visits, deepening my fascination.

While studying Hospitality Management in Spain and Switzerland, I was running the university wine club. My path led me to various countries, including Germany, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and the USA, enriching my appreciation for wine's global dimensions.

Now, as a co-founder of Villumi, I'm thrilled to make my passion my profession.

Our mission is clear: to celebrate this art form and making it accessible to a wider audience. I eagerly anticipate this thrilling journey with you, one sip at a time.

So here's to the marvelous world of wine! Cheers!"

Joaquin Fernandez de Cordova Hohenlohe

I am Joaquin and my passion for wine dates back to my childhood. Even back then, I helped in the wine cellar, sorting bottles according to label colours and vintages.

My family has been running the renowned Bodega Norton winery in Argentina for over 35 years, where I am also actively involved.

I enrolled on the first Wine and Spirits Eduaction Trust (WSET) course and worked my way up, course by course, to learn everything I could about my passion.

I am particularly fascinated by old, mature wines, as they represent a journey into the past. Today I collect rare and exquisite wines myself, and that's how the idea for Villumi came about - a place where people can discover their personal taste and where they can discuss about their passion!

So, from the heart of our vineyard to your glass: welcome to Villumi!
